For large groups — wishing to visit the General Service Office, we ask that you call (212) 870-3400 and make arrangements at least 30-60 days in advance. A large group is 10-50 (maximum) people. Large group visits can be arranged for any day of the week Monday through Friday. However, Friday (Open A.A. Meeting at 11:00 a.m.) visits are most popular so we strongly encourage you to make your plans several months in advance. We arrange only one large group per Friday. There will be some Fridays during the year that will not be available for large group visits.
