Not all records are digitized and available online for several reasons. Firstly, it takes money, resources and staff hours to digitize the vast amounts of records that are held in the Archives. Secondly, there are still records in paper format that must be accessed onsite due to concerns about copyrights, privacy and confidentiality issues, and anonymity breaks.
