The Eastern Canada Region and the Pacific Region will each elect a Regional Trustee to serve the General Service Board beginning in May 2026, replacing Joyce S. and Reilly K., who are rotating. Each Area in the Eastern Canada and Pacific regions may elect one candidate to stand for election at the 76th GSC. While a background in business or other professional experience is helpful, the GSB is also interested in other strengths that regional trustees can bring.

There will be one (1) opening for a Class A (nonalcoholic) trustee on the General Service Board to begin in May 2026. Candidates are invited to include statements demonstrating interest in Alcoholics Anonymous, leadership skills and characteristics, a proven track record in their own professional field, experience as a board member, and experience working with AA and its members.

The trustees’ Literature Committee has openings for two (2) Appointed Committee Members (ACMs).
